32+ Brown Streaks On Clothes After Washing. Not having seen this before, but my best guess would be that the piece of clothes is caught in one position and rubbing on are the streaks on smaller pieces of clothing (socks, etc.)? I've been getting little brown rust type looking spots on my clothes after washing for about a year and a half.

My washer leaves brown streaks on the clothing, almost like lines. Some people say a coat of auto wax over the spot works for awhile. Washing machine stains that appear on clothes after wash them.

Are the streaks on all the clothing or just certain types of material? If you have white streaks on clothes at the end of a wash cycle they are most likely to be undissolved detergent. I dont know if they are from the washer or dryer, or even why they are appearing, but these streaks are ruining my clothes. When you remove your laundry from the washing machine, you want it to look clean.
