I can not find any signs of pests, except that i had a very minor case of aphids (less than 20 insects per plant) in the past two weeks.
Tomatoes turning black on the bottom aren't really rotten. It's quite normal for brownish black streaks to appear on the stems and on the fruits of green pepper plants. Avoid watering plants from overhead, and ensure plants are properly ventilated by not crowding them. These plants are about a month in, but they have started to develop what appears to be black spots on the leaves.
